It was ok. Staff was pleasant. Simple room for right price. Took a bit to get hot water and had to figure out where to turn dial just right to get it. Room smelled a bit like stale cigarettes.

Room door wouldn’t shut, told the staff, they gave us a hard time. Whole 1st floor smelled like smoke and weed. 2nd floor was a tiny bit better. No light in the bathroom. Would not stay again

Poor customer service from a Jamaican lady receptionist. Hotel had no wheelchair access, had to carry my stroller and baby up and down the stairs each time I went out.

Overall, for the value, its a good choice tp stay at. We were in town for an event at Louis Armstrong stadium and this hotel was convenient to that and flying in and out of Laguardia. Soft bed. Easy check in. Bathroom is OK but, at least in our room (306) there was no place inside the shower for soap or anything so that was a bit odd. Subway is about a half mile walk away

If you want to experience being in prison for the night, this is your place. The entire hotel smelled of the chemical used to eliminate smoke smell. And it also smelled of a smoked in hotel. At least the bedding was clean. This is the kind of place you can't wait to leave and cross your fingers that nothing permanent has happened to you after you get out.
