Bé We had to book last minute due to a canceled flight. Front desk clerk was nice. Room was fairly clean but comforter was kind of dingy. No lamps on nightstand, so lighting was poor. A few inexpensive improvements could enhance the experience. It was very noisy. Average hotel.

Per sota de la mitjana Mattress toppers are not an indication of a quality bed at an '8-Star' Hotel.
The only electrical outlet that was working...was in the bathroom.
No bedside lighting, only total room lighting
No ice machine

Genial Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bedding could’ve been better along with towels but adequate. Very good stay for a reasonable rate.
