We had 3 rooms, and 2 out of 3 rooms did not get the paper notice in our room for fire alarm testing, nor were we inform of such test ~9 am in the morning in one of the day during check-in. Cleaning was missed in one of our room for a day. When we told the front desk of the missed cleaning, we were just told the staff for cleaning were done for the day already.

It was a very basic hotel. The rooms were clean but there was no extras in the room. The air conditioning was very noisy. We had to continually go back to the front desk to have our key remade. I thought the value did not correspond with the cost.

Excellent location for getting to Old Town and Downtown. Hotel is very modern and clean. We would stay at this location and again and recommend. Hotel has underground parking which we loved.

Location was great to get to metro and old Montreal. Restaurant was a bit pricey for breakfast for what you got
