Room was so comfortable. Nice sitting area to view the ocean Allowed a late check out. Great dinner recomendation at Alfresco Wonderful seafood The large bathtub was alittle much considering we are in a drought region Great stay

When we checked in the front desk staff informed me that although I had requested an oceanfront room and because I used Hotels.com they couldn’t give me a room with only a king bed as requested. So they gave me a room with double beds, but oceanfront. I have ALWAYS had the BEST experiences with JW, however, this time the floors of our room were dirty. The robe had chocolate on the sleeve and it appeared the room had not been dusted in a while. Truly a let down. So now I wonder if it’s worth using hotels.com if I will receive less quality service at the properties for not going through them

Enjoyed my birthday trip, everything we needed was there. Even got a surprise birthday gift when we returned to our room. The staff and food were amazing. Room service was the best!!! Loved the buffet breakfast in the mornings.
