Fantàstic
Very beautiful and clean hotel and very helpful and attentive staff. Only gripe might be that the metro is still a decent 10 minute walk away.

The location was amazing - we were on the 7th floor with an amazing view of the cathedral. Very spacious room with sitting/dining area . Lovely big bathroom with bath! The lift always arrived promptly. Airconditiong worked well. Free coffee, tea and slushies downstairs. Shops and station nearby. Would have given 10 if I had a fridge and kettle in room so 9, 5 out of 10. Looove this place!!

We arrived to the hotel where it was very warm and the windows were open to get fresh air in the rooms because there was no air-conditioning. Additionally, there was construction that started every morning at 7 AM so the windows that were open created very loud noises every day. Also, there was no fridge and the hairdryer was not in good working condition. unfortunately, this did put a little damper on our anniversary.😔

Great staff. Phenomenal location near the dom and hbf. Clean and well maintained. Sleeping is a challenge in the heat. No ac, the portable fan sounded like road construction, and a FIFA watch party downstairs lasted most of the night.

Habitación impecable, espaciosa, aislada del ruido de la calle. El hotel esta inmejorablemente ubicado. Tiene unas instalaciones excelentes. Por otro lado, tiene una expendedora de cafe para la noche sin cargo para los huespedes. super recomendable

The hotel location is ideal, in the center of the city, on a picturesque plaza with views to the cathedral, yet quiet for a good night sleep. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Bonus-The free espresso was excellent. Highly recommended!

Our rooms had a full view of the cathedral that was wonderful. The location of this hotel is perfectly central. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was large... though a bit older. The temperature control is the room was great. The breakfast spread was excellent. I would stay here again when I visit Köln.

Stayed one night at this property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stored our luggage until room was available. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was great! Close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the Cathedral! Amazing. Will stay again if ever in the area.
