I travelled around several cities in Germany and this hotel was the nicest I stayed at. Extremely clean, modern interiors, helpful front desk staff, and nice air conditioning. Also in a great location for sightseeing and accessing the train station. If I am ever back in Cologne, I will be staying here again.

It is a great hotel for a quick visit in Cologne. Located in the city center, walking distance from the Cathedral and surrounded by shop and restaurants. The rooms have new furniture and provide everything you need for your short stay.

I was in Cologne for a 5 night stay with the goal of seeing the city and visiting my German relatives. This hotel was perfectly located and central, my room was comfortable with good air-conditioning and very clean. I was traveling alone and had no concerns for safety and many places to eat were just steps away from the hotel. I had the breakfast one morning - and the service was excellent - the choices for the buffet were typical and enough for me. Although my room window faced the Alter Markt - I had no issue with noise - very well insulated. The front desk staff was helpful and gracious - calling a cab, answering questions, and even helping me to mail a package!

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Super friendly staff. Given free upgrade to Dom Suite which had an incredible view of the Cathedral. Fantastic location. Very central to shops, river, bars, cathedral. I would definitely return.
