There is an issue with the temperature in their steam room and sauna. Spent 20 minutes in their sauna with the temp on max and barely broke a sweat. Disappointing that it wasn’t working properly.

Great location! Nice suites. Elevators are very slow. We stay here every time we go to Vancouver because it is near our favorite restaurants and Robson street.

This is the perfect hotel for families, there rooms are all suites, very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near all major attractions and restaurants. The lobby is small making it feel like a boutique hotel.

Phone in bedroom didn't work, Tv in bedroom didn't work . Had to get maintenance man to sort which took over an hour waiting
