Fantàstic
Hotel is excellent . The only disappointment is very high City Tax at Check Out . Staff were super helpful and warm . Room excellent . No juice left at breakfast otherwise very good all round .

Overall a good stay. It is about a 20 minute walk to Il duomo. The room was clean and a good size for 3 people. The breakfast had a good selection. There was no iron or ironing board. Staff was friendly. The air conditioning worked well too.

The rooms at the Bianca, Maria Palace Hotel were immaculate beautifully upgraded and with air-conditioning. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The breakfast was exceptional with every option available. Overall one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at in Italy.

It is a nice hotel situated 20 min walking distance from Duomo. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great with a variety of fruits, pastries, cheese, etc.

Room was lovely and the included breakfast was a nice touch. Hotel was very clean and in a good location for seeing the sights of Milan. My only complaint is we waited 45 minutes after our check in time to be able to access our room and it messed up the tours we had planned for the day.

We only stayed for one night but the hotel staff was exceptional. I liked the clean room however the shower had a bit of grim which for a four star hotel is not good. They advertise that there is 24 hour free shuttle service which is not true. But the staff was so nice to help us get taxi. The location of the hotel is incredible. For a short stay, I would recommend people to stay here.

The hotel itself was fine for our 2 day stay but unfortunately, staff were not very hospitable or helpful. We found them cold and not very accommodating. For that reason, we wouldn’t return here.
