I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 8 nights and have nothing but positive comments to make about this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome by Kenneth and Andrei, whose professionalism, friendliness and genuine desire to assist set the tone for the entire stay. Their approach made me welcomed and looked after. But many other staff members also contributed to making my stay such a pleasant and stress-free one. Without exception, everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet. The selection was extensive and of high quality. Even here, the service provided by the whole team stood out. If I had to describe what makes this hotel special, it’s the welcoming atmoshere.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location near Milano Centrale. The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great breakfast, wonderful service, and a fantastic rooftop bar. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel with modern rooms and amenities. The location next to Milano's Central Station and the subway stop is fantastic, allowing easy access to all the sights in the city. The area around the hotel is nice and walkable with many restaurants and cafes. There is also a convenient supermarket around the corner. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
