Luxury hotel,staff was amazing, attentive, polite, and very professional! Location is absolutely perfect. Rooms are very clean, Luxury products in the bathroom,, quiet, blackout curtains Excellent experience at hotel William Gray in Montreal. We will recommend to our family and friends and definitely will stay here again when in Montreal

Everything about this place was awesome. You cannot beat the location!!!! I'm so happy that chatGPT insisted I would like this hotel! :) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Recommendations made by the staff were awesome. Hotel is spotless. The vibe was high class yet cozy. We felt like special guests the entire stay! We will absolutely be back!

Clean room, well appointed but not a lot of character in the rooms - lots of cement; however, the rest of the hotel - lobby, bars, restaurants are gorgeous.
