The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The elevator was working and the continental breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh. Will definitely come back when coming to NYC.

Overall, I had a positive time here and enjoyed my stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but they weren't particularly disruptive. The room was small, but clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfy! The bathroom had an inch tall step up that caused some tripping incidents, particularly for my elderly mother. Overall, the location is great, all of thr staff were kind and helpful, the parking was convenient, and I would stay here again if I'm back in Jersey!

Highlights of this property are the location if you need to be visiting Hoboken or Jersey City with a car. Parking is included. Breakfast selection is pretty good. They have been updating the property, new lobby, elevator, but hallway work still ongoing. As name notes you're adjacent to Holland Tunnel, convenient if needed. You will get some noise etc as its a busy connection into NYC.
