Convient location and helpful staff

Staff was great. Room and property were clean. Short location was 10min walk to the PATH station.

Staff is very friendly. Location is great, very close to Holland tunnel. Breakfast is great. The room is quiet and clean. Satisfied experience. Would come back again.

I traveled with my semi-grown family. That means one child in their twenties and the other one is a teenager, and we wanted to see New York City as a family together for the first time. Pricing in any of the boroughs was outrageous, so I researched my options and found this holiday in Express. Express that is literally 5 mi from anything in Manhattan. The money saved by staying here was spent on luxury rides into the City in large SUVs, and we still came out way ahead. So the location is great in my opinion. Regarding the actual property, it is a newer build and everything worked as expected. Had hot water everyday, everything drained, no odd noises or smells. What really sets apart this hotel is the staff. I found everyone to be extremely pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The provided breakfast was great, everything was hot everyday and fresh. I suppose the only negative, and I shouldn't be surprised, is the parking. It is valet only, and reading some other reviews. It seems like the rate changes or is at least variable depending on when you stay. It is not included in the cost of the room.

Very nice place to stay. Lots of eating options close by. Target and CVS close as well for last minute cruise needs.

A good breakfast!

Warm and accommodating staff upon check-in and for the valet. The check-in staff member ensured that I was comfortable in my room, even giving me a different room when I requested it without hesitation. The room was clean and had a great view of Manhattan. The breakfast selection was impressive with variety. Very nice hotel in the middle of it all!
