Genial It was good and good help at the front desk. Need to put sliders on the chairs in the room though. Causing alot of noise.

The stay, service and the room was excellent, what I did not like, that in the description of the hotel, it said there was a bar and restaurant, but I was told from the hotel that that has been closed for the last teen years, and also the description says that there is a terrace, but there never was.
The restaurant, bar and terrace was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel.
I think that was the last time I have trusted that company.
I have written to Hotels.com, but they never replied to me.

Fantàstic Good large rooms. Quiet which surprised me du to its proximity to bars and restaurants. Staff are excellent English speaking and will assist when requested.
