Tmark was a great choice for our stay in Japan. The location was very convenient. There is a train station across the street, lots of hole-in-the-wall spots nearby, and the neighborhood is easy to navigate. Check out Zakuro (Shinagawa City) - a nearby izakaya spot. People were friendly, the menu was delish, and they accommodated English speakers. The room, while it appeared small at first, was just what we needed. We had enough space for all the luggage and shopping bags. The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the juice machine.

I stayed here with my wife and two kids. The hotel was fantastic, extremely close to a train station, laundry mat, 7 Eleven and a Family Mart. Hotel food was on the pricier side, but it was really good food and had a good mix of eastern and western food. The beds were really comfortable. Embarrassingly it took me a day to figure out the thermostat, but that was on me. It took me a google gemini search to help me figure it out, (Press the top right button to turn on the A/C since it will turn off when you remove your card when you leave the room. I would 100 percent stay here again. It is not located in a typical touristy area, although the hotel seemed full of tourists. The hotel is also close to plenty of shopping centers and food with a quick 10 minute walk. Highly recommend this place.
