We booked a family room. The room was nice and clean. Modern and comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and I would still recommend it. Great location, staff were wonderful.

Room was clean, and close to bus station. Down side was the AC is controlled cannot be adjusted what so ever.

This was a very enjoyable place to stay for our last five nights in japan. No I think it was a bit of a mildew smell coming from the bathroom. We enjoyed behind the elevation and the wonderful breakfast buffet.

I accidentally booked a smoking room which could not be changed when I arrived. The entire floor 17 was for smokers so I could barely breath most of the time.
For this reason my review is worse than it could be. There were no amenities like kettle or tea in room.
