J24 Hotel Milano

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. It took a while for the staff to find our reservation which it didn't happen in any other hotels we stayed in Italy (Milan was our last stop). After we stored our luggages and came back at night, it took another while for another staff to find our reservation again, which we already checked in earlier in the day! When we finally got to our room, the light at the entrance was broken, no AC in the room. They cut off the power when nobody is in the room so no air flow during the day in this hot weather (can you imagine?) We went down to the reception and ask if anyone can fix these, they told us nobody is available at that moment. But it was nice they changed a room for us and also made an upgrade (but AC was still low). One thing I don't like is they only give you one key for the room and you must insert into the power slot to get power. But they don't have "Do Not Disturb" sign for you to hang on the door, instead you need to press a button inside to have a red light shows on your door. If you leave for the day, you cut off the power by taking out the key, there is no way you can keep the red light on to prevent people to go into your room. The light shows different color to tell people if someone is in the room or not. That's a huge security issue to me. It's a 4 star hotel but it doesn't give me that feeling and can't even compare to the other 3 star hotels we stayed. It's in a convenient location, but don't think I will go back.

This place is a fine crashed but it was not that clean and my shower was blocked and the AC was off because the previous guest requested that so the room was boiling til I asked. It felt very basic and that’s fine it was not expensive but I would probably not stay here again.

The property is not near the main attractions. Local neighborhood. You need to walk 10 minutes to a train station and then go 7 stops to get to the Duomo. No breakfast included. Amenities were minimal. Affordable and basic.

Not a very good a Breakfast as we thought but passable not English as we know it pleasent enough staff just a different country

Wonderful and friendly staff. They even let me store my lugaggage for a few days since we are coming back. Good location near the Metro trains. Grocery store, coffee bars, just short walking distance. The only thing is the hotel doesnt have a lot of amenities aside from a coffee shop and a breakfast buffet area for sale.

Clean and convenient to J24

Very good value for money. And the desk staff was superb! I was there for the Milan fashion week. Needed something urgent late at night. The front staff went out of the way to help me out. Would definitely recommend

Room was clean but not spotless. I don't have complaints except for the housekeeping being very insistent even when i had the do not disturb light activated. I wish they just had a DND sign available. I'd come here again though, the location is good (close to transit)

Rooms very clean and staff very helpful.

Slightly overpriced even for a single bed room. It was a very small room. There was just a bed, closet, and a tall ledge with a stool. There was no desk or chair. And bathroom didn't have any tissues either. The bed was mediocre, not too comfortable. And lastly, soundproofing was not that great, could hear people in the hallway.
