M'he quedat amb la família

AC works great, bathroom was nice with rainfall head shower. Amenities were provided and easy to get extra tooth paste, pillows or toiletries. Reception personnel were so friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Basic decoration but bed was firm enough for our liking. There was a fridge, safety deposit and hair dryer.

• Good location — 15-minute walk from Stazione Centrale, very convenient • Staff was genuinely helpful and professional throughout the stay • Rooms are clean, stylish and modern — clearly renovated or newly furnished • Bathroom is a highlight — spacious with a really good shower • Quiet room with air conditioning • To truly earn the 4-star label in my view: add slippers and one complimentary water bottle — small touches that make a difference

This hotel is a gem for the price to be honest. If you’re just stopping by Milan and need a clean, modern place to rest without breaking the bank, this is perfect. You wont find something at this price range with a decent level of comfort in Milan. The location is pretty decent, so you can get around easily. I usually avoid these low budget, no-frills spots, but this one stands out. Maybe just a small smile from the staff would make it even better!

Clean and friendly and a reasonable walk from the main station. Staff super helpful and facilities worked. Lost marks for a broken loo seat and the poor noise insulation from people in heels on the floor above. Would stay again if in Milan.
