A brilliant welcome on our arrival, staff are caring and engaged.
The hotel is located in the heart of Tromso, close to shopping, attractions and bus routes.
A laid back, unhurried experience.
Buffet menu for breakfast and evening meal was included in our price with afternoon tea thrown in, which is fantastic if you're on a tight budget.
Cannot praise the staff highly enough, definitely recommended.
The hotel is easily accessible for wheelchair users and is also pet friendly.

Staff fantastic. Spacious room, basic clothing storage, heated bathroom floor. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast buffet, dinner good nit lots if choice but appreciated not having to eat out as Norway expensive. Hotel is spotless. Comfortable friensly lounge area.

food was excellent, we really enjoyed the whole experience it was clean, kind and helpful staff . a little be disappointed that the promised hot tub was closed and not in use - especially when that was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. location was brilliant the views lovely all in all an excellent choice to stay. I think that some of it was looking a bit tired but I'm guessing that it is being worked on.

Location was great, close to tour pick ups. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were good. The bed was so comfortable, slept great! Would recommend.

Fantàstic Location is excellent. Airport bus stop & most of the tours meeting points are also close by. Friendly & helpful staff and room is very comfortable. Highly recommended

Nice size room with comfortable bed. The breakfast and dinner were both always good and the staff was extremely helpful when making sure I had gluten free options. Great location!
