Stopped here while arriving after midnight. There was someone there to greet us and check in. Property was relatively modern and clean. The breakfast was complete but chaotic because of other guests. No issues.

Allotjat amb amics

Overall, property, room and amenities were good and parking price was very reasonable compared to other hotels. Only downside was a negative interaction my wife had with a staff member. She asked how to get into the pool and was met with a condescending response of "well I guess you weren't paying attention when I explained at check in." First we had another staff member check us in and second, we weren't told our room Key accesses the pool. A small 1 minute easy explanation was all that was required. I get it, maybe it was long day for staff, but we're not out to make anyone's life difficult. A little more patience next time goes a long way .

Great Location!!! Within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the Falls. Decent continental breakfast and amenities. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.
