I always come back to this resort every time I go home to the Philippines . I love the little forestry as you enter to the hotel. The whole Shangri-La staff are so friendly and warm. I think Shangri-La is the best hotel in Cebu. ❤️

Fantàstic
The property sits on a huge acre of land. It’s on the beach with lots of water, activities and snorkeling with a reef right off the shore. The food was amazing. They have a lot of restaurants to choose from in the morning. Buffet is absolutely delicious. The rooms were big and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to stay her again here again.

Cleanliness of room & facilities: 1. The room was not ready despite the fact that our arrival was 4 hours after the check out time. 2.The bathroom had a bad smell. Exhaust fan not working. 3.Room, carpet & decors are old & not well maintained. -- Staff are helpful & breakfast has good selection.

Never book through expedia. They will not refund you even im the most extraordinary situations that are out of your hands. The hotel also will not refund you. Do not book through expedia they are no help and all their room for this hotel are non refundable no excuses. God forbid you have a death in your family or all planes were grounded due to severe weather or wars, nothing will change the hotel or expedia mind about waiving cancellation fees. Mind you I contacted them way before I was due to check in. The hotel always took 12 hours to 72 hours to respond to each message.

Fantàstic
We liked this place so much we became members immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything! There were so many activities for families, children, and adults. The buffet was expansive and delicious (ube and mango ice cream for breakfast!). We will be coming back again and we’re eager to bring our daughter!
