Our stay even if it’s just a short one night stay was the best. The room is clean and smells wonderful. We were able to sleep good and feel refreshed the following day. Breakfast was superb starting from the smiling staff welcoming you with their heartfelt Filipino way of saying welcome home ! Food is of great variety, fresh and prepared well. Kudos to the management and staff! Looking forward to seeing you again.

Poor experience. Room phones do not work. Motion detectors (that automatically turn all electricity in your off) do not function correctly. This is a $500 / night five-star hotel that provides a two-star experience. Staff are extremely dismissive of concerns. Your better choice would be Shangri-La Mactan.

My son and I stayed here in the beginning of our travel and then again before we flew out. The staff were wonderful, they had an amazing spread for breakfast buffet (I would highly recommend getting the breakfast included if offered), the room was beautiful and clean, and the pool! Well you just have to see it to appreciate the different levels tha lead to their beach! Thank for a wonderful stay!

Sincerely amazing service and atmosphere. Everything was clean to a high standard, wonderful water pressure and temp control in the shower, great food on location. The highlights of my stay here were: I had one of the top three massages I’ve ever recieved at the spa. I regret not remembering my masseuse’s name but I was soooo relaxed afterwards. Breakfast buffet is amazing and had a great array of different cuisines plus lots of fresh fruit, and delicious sikwarte (local hot cocoa). The atmosphere is great, I love the way the facilities look with all the pools and the ocean behind the check-in area in the lounge.

Probably the best service and hospitality we’ve experienced at any property. From the guest service team at reception to the pool & beach attendants, all dining venues, recreation (sunrise yoga, badminton & archery), spa (foot massages on the beach), and housekeeping, service was very attentive, polite & friendly. The breakfast buffet is a must….an abundant selection of international favorites, so delicious. We travelled with family and had 4 rooms and they managed to accommodate us all on the same floor. I look forward to returning for another visit.
