連泊で清掃なしでお願いしたら新しいタオルご用意しておきますと言われたのに用意されて無かった
夜も遅くフロントにいちいち言うのもと思い
前日と同じタオルを使いました
帰ってくるまでにドアノブにかけて置いて欲しかったです

出張で泊まりました。
三ノ宮駅と新神戸駅の中間くらいにあるため、三ノ宮近くの繁華街で食事等ができるだけでなく、新神戸に戻るのも徒歩徒歩圏内です。

location is good to see downtown Kobe however they do not have parking and only have one elevator so it might take awhile to go up and down. during my stay my room had a hole in the wall just a little bigger then a USD quarter. front desk spoke basic english which is not bad just know their might be a language barrier. overall i would stay again for the price.

We had a smoking room instead of non-smoking. Maybe i made a mistake during the booking process, but for me it was not so clear on the website. Except that we had a pleasant stay with a nice breakfast :-)
