Fantàstic
We specifically chose this hotel because of the Nordic Spa. What an incredible experience. Brook who led our Silent Chinook and Herbal Steam Cleanse. She was absolutely lovely. Our servers at both the Elements bar and Rhythm and Howl (Laura)were all very friendly. We plan another trip to the area next summer and will definitely stay here again

When we first reserved, whoever was taking .y call, literally spent 15 min trying to find our reservation. They couldn't understand. Then they made a mistake on the birthday request- wrong person. Otherwise stay was wonderful. Well located.

Loved this place. Very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating, spa is wonderful. Great base to explore Canmore and Banff area.
