Fantàstic We loved the shuttle service to disney, train station, airport, bund. Made experiencing shanghai so easy and accessible.
The staff was very helpful. Loved the dining staff at night too. So welcoming and helpful.

A convenient hotel to stay if visiting Shanghai Disneyland.
Room was very spacious and very comfortable.
Courtesy shuttle services to and from the airport and Disney park was very convenient.
Would recommend the hotel if considering accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel has a restaurant, a convenient shuttle service, and even free laundry and dryer facilities, which made our stay much more comfortable. Our room also had a dedicated walk-in closet, giving us plenty of space to organize our luggage and clothes.
The only minor downside was a slight musty smell in the room, probably due to the humid weather. Other than that, everything was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay in a matter of days. We booked it the night before our stay. Joy Lu on the concierge desk was excellent yet again with our luggage and ordering transportation to the airport. Thank you Joy Lu. Breakfast buffet selection was good and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Joy Lu on the concierge desk was exceptional in helping us organise transportation. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice and value for money. The free laundry and shuttle back into the city were a bonus. Thank you to the helpful staff. We will stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for our trip to Disney. It has shuttle buses that will take you directly to the park. This is only 10 minutes. It also has other shuttle busses that will take you to and from Pudong airport, downtown Shanghai, and Hongqiao. It is also not far from a subway stop.
The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff and extremely helpful. The restaurant is good and you can also order food from local restaurants.

Located near Shanghai Disneyland and offering a convenient shuttle service to and from the park, this hotel provides an experience that feels surprisingly close to staying at the official Disneyland Hotel—but at roughly half the price.
The hotel features spacious family-friendly rooms, themed accommodations for children, and a variety of activities that help extend the Disney magic beyond the park itself. Thoughtful kid-friendly amenities, decorations, and arts-and-crafts activities made the stay especially enjoyable for our family.
One unexpected bonus was the free guest laundromat, which allowed us to catch up on laundry after several days of traveling—a small detail that made a big difference in comfort and convenience.
Overall, this hotel greatly enhanced our Shanghai Disneyland trip. It delivered excellent value, a family-friendly atmosphere, and helped turn our Disneyland visit into a more complete and satisfying vacation experience.
