Stayed at Sheraton Miyako Osaka during a holiday expecting a proper hotel experience, but was shocked to find out almost every amenity came with extra charges — something never clearly explained when booking. Staff were genuinely great and the rooms were decent to nice, but how do you invite guests to stay during a holiday period and then nickel-and-dime them for basic amenities afterward? Transparency matters. A hotel at this level should be upfront about extra costs before guests arrive, not surprise them later.

Estada individual

A quiet oasis in the middle of bustling Osaka. Very conveniently connected to a train station and tons of great eating places within walking distance. I enjoyed the pool for lane swim in the morning. There is a small extra charge but well worth it. Breakfast was amazing for quality with a mix of Japanese and international options. Only change I would suggest is opening the pool a lot earlier as it's hard to fit a solid workout in before breakfast closes at 9:30am 🙂

This hotel has a great location! It has all different stories around it. It is very convenient for all the travelers. The bus right next to it will take all the travelers to airport is a great plus to this hotel! Their staffs are very friendly and helpful.
