シングル予約だったけどツインにしてもらえました。また、13時ごろに到着したらチェックインできました。
部屋にはIH調理器が一つあり、フライパン、ナベ、皿、箸、洗剤とスポンジなど入った調理セットを貸してもらえます。電子レンジと湯沸かしポットもあります。
すすきのにあるスーパーは24時間営業で、ラム肉やジンギスカンのタレが売っており、高くて並ばなければならない人気店に行かなくても、その1/3くらいの材料費でジンギスカンやビールを楽しめました。
乾燥機能付きの洗濯機もありましたが、使っていません。
トイレと風呂はセパレートになっていて、トイレはおしゃれなTOTOのトイレです。風呂場には椅子や洗面器も置いてありました。体を洗うスポンジがなかったのが惜しいです。また、室内に給湯器があり、設定温度が低いため、風呂の水栓の温度設定を高くしてもぬるい状態になります。給湯器の温度設定を50度にするとちゃんと熱いお湯が出てきました。
空調はセントラルヒーティングになっているのか、今の時期だと暖房と送風しか選択できず、暑すぎたり寒すぎたりしました。また、部屋には加湿器はなかったので必要ならばフロントで借りる必要があります。
テレビの前にはカウチソファーがあります。
ソファーのバネが壊れかかっていたのと、テレビが今時にしては小さい気もします。
部屋の掃除は完璧ではないかもしれないけど、結構きれいに掃除されており、壁も新しい感じでした。反面、床のカーペットは汚れてました。
食堂のコーヒーマシンは、そこそこおいしいと思います。
予約時にお金を全額支払ったにも関わらず、チェックイン時に追加で宿泊税300円を払う必要があり、面倒と思いました。
総じてコスパよく、快適に滞在できました。

前は、出かける時、いってらっしゃいませと声かけてくれたが、今回はほとんどのスタッフが全く挨拶無い。
シャワーヘッドに、髪の毛がついていて、トイレの後ろにゴミが落ちていて、掃除はいったいどうなってるの？

Genial 小さいキッチンがありますが、炊飯器があっても、しゃもじと計量カップなどの調理器具が1つもないです。食器も小さなマグカップ2つだけで、少し不便に感じました。

First time staying here at this hotel near Nakajimakoen (usually stayed in Odori) - and I am pleasantly surprised with the facilities, well equipped for a long stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, had a little kitchenette too, very convenient. It's located near the Nakajima Park, great for a little walk in the evening. Pretty quiet as well, slightly away from the bustle in Susukino, but still within walking reach.
To the Management: Please don't change anything, keep the property and the rates "as is", - will come again.

今回の旅行は、レンタカーの利用で観光主体で予定を作成しました。今回の緊急事態で行きたかった、旭川動物園・円山動物園等が閉鎖して行けませんでした。ホテルの駐車場が１回1,200円で24時間OKでしたが、出し入れが自由で無かった分、不満が残ります。浴室に洗面器と椅子はGoodです。部屋にグラスが無いのはNGです。室内に洗濯機はGoodです。浴室乾燥機が有ればもっと良しです。
