Genial 夜はとても静かで快適でしたが、出張で宿泊し、朝チェックアウトまで仕事をしていましたが、扉の音がかなりうるさく、宿泊者の音では無く清掃の音だと思われます。
それ以外は快適でした。

綺麗だし、隣の人や廊下の音が聞こえなくて快適だった。
エレベーターも、待ってる人からはどこに止まるのか、どこからくるのがが見えなくて安全面でも良い。

禁煙の部屋を予約したつもりが、間違えて喫煙の部屋を予約してしまい電話で変更できるか問い合わせたところ、すぐに対応していただきました。
お部屋も綺麗で広かったです。
お風呂とトイレが別々になっていてすごくよかったです。
リーズナブルなのに朝食もついてて大満足でした。
また札幌に泊まる時はぜひ利用させていただきます。

Excellent proximity to food/shopping. Only thing is that it’s in a red light/dodgy area. Huge pink neon light outline of a woman on the building next door. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

Booked the executive room and it was fantastic, the hotel just opened weeks ago and everything are brand new, breakfast buffet was great with fresh seafood direct from the market. really like the Japanese style bathroom we had a great time in our stay.
