I had an exceptional stay at the Genpla Hotel Shenzhen Nanshan! From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm and professional service made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The room was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the panoramic views of the city from my window were breathtaking. The hotel's location in Nanshan is perfect – close to major attractions, transport links, and a variety of dining options. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is remarkable, from the beautiful decor to the spotless cleanliness throughout. I would highly recommend the Genpla Hotel Shenzhen Nanshan to anyone visiting the area. It’s a true gem where hospitality and quality come together to create an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Shenzhen!

There's only one drawback to this fine hotel: It has an inadequate presence on the Internet and could use more prominent signage on the building where it's located. My cab driver at the airport in Shenzhen took forever to find directions on his phone. The first search engine he tried said there was no such hotel.

Outdoor Swimming Pool Guidelines 1. The outdoor swimming pool is open from March 24, 2025 to November 30, 2025, with daily operating hours from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Please refrain from entering the pool area outside of these hours. 2. Complimentary pool access is provided for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 1.4 meters in height) per room, as registered at the hotel reception. Additional guests will be charged 168 RMB per person per session (children: 80 RMB per person per session). 3. All guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear, including swimsuits, swim caps, swim trunks, and goggles. Casual clothing and underwear are not permitted. Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times and are not allowed to enter the pool alone. 4. For your safety, please avoid using the swimming pool if you have consumed alcohol, have just eaten a full meal, are feeling unwell (such as with heart disease or hypertension), or have open wounds or infectious diseases. In the event of a thunderstorm, please follow the instructions of the staff and leave the pool area promptly.
