Great location near historic sights. Staff was extremely accommodating and helped with a room upgrade last minute. The family room on the top floor was extremely spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Classic hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet. Staff was welcoming and friendly, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The family suite was spacious and clean, and was perfect for our two night stay in Istanbul. Would recommend to others!

Great staff. Very helpful. Good location. The room was peaceful. Nice old hotel with nice features. The breakfast was good, however better choice of cereal would be nice. 15% discount at a local restaurant was good. Building work is on going. As per the website we were expecting a roof terrace but it is being built. The back garden/yard is also a building site and we had to look at this directly at breakfast and was below our room. No advanced warning was given. Given all the work some form of extra discount or voucher for at least 1 meal at a restaurant would have been appropriate. I would treat my clients that way. It will be nice when the work is done.

Breakfast was really good , staff very friendly very convenient walking distance to major attractions, unfortunately the patio wasn't open due to exterior renovations but overall the stay was worth the price
