We stayed for 5 nights at Minn Nishi Kasai and found it perfect. There's hundreds of dining options and convenience stores very close by and the Nishikasai train station is only about 100m away. The room was super clean and as described. Probably the only very small complaint (if you could call it that), was the beds weren't very comfortable, but that's such a small thing it's hardly worth mentioning when you add up all the good things. Great place to base yourself for a family trip in Tokyo.

Our room was very clean and the pictures were exactly like the room. Check in was smooth and easy, and the location is great—it’s a 5 minute walk to the train station. The room was comfortable for 3 adults.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a week, a little further out from center Tokyo, but perfect if you wanna have some space from all the busy areas at the end of the night, hotel was a perfect size for two people. Area is walkable, food spots, train station & convenience nearby. I would recommend if traveling with a partner. Very clean. I got it at a great price, compared to other, smaller hotels. Thanks.
