Expect to bring / buy kitchen supplies like paper towels, hand towels, tea, coffee, sugar....the kitchen fans don't work and there's no kitchen garbage bin. Only two very small bins for the entire unit including the washroom. I had to buy plastic bags. The washer and dryer are not inside the unit. Very basic room.

Everything was excellent, but there was no noticed that there was no room cleaning if we stayed less then 6 night and we didn’t know where to take the trash to.

Great location! Less than 5 min walk to the train station and 1 ride only to Disney. Safe and clean location/hotel with courteous staff.

Very close to the Kasai station. There is a 24 hour grocery store in front of the property. One thing I would like is disposable slippers instead of the shared slippers. Other than that, this hotel has best value for the money.

We had a very pleasant stay with our family. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the size was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 16 and 12). While not large, it met our needs comfortably during our stay.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and always helpful. The kitchen was very convenient for preparing simple meals, and the laundry facilities available at the hotel were a great benefit for a family traveling for several days.
The location is excellent, with easy access to subway stations and many attractions. Overall, it offers great value for money, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Tokyo.

I loved the location. Friendly neighborhood with a 24 hr grocery across the street. 2 7elevens, Lawson’s, Family Mart, Domino’s KFC within 5 minutes. There’s also Indian food, ramen, wings etc down the block. Kasai station is only a 5 min walk! All beds including sofa and pull down were comfortable. There was a Mini kitchen but we only used the refrigerator and microwave. There’s also a stove top. The area felt safe that I felt comfortable with my 2 teens exploring on their own. Laundry was convenient and you could pay via an app that also tells you when the load is ready. Staff members were friendly and responsive to communication via Expedia messenger. We stayed at 3 places during our trip to Japan and this was our favorite and kind of wished we had this booking the whole trip.
