Everythings ok except the room is too hot because of the glass wall. It penetrates the heat from the sun even with the aircon on. Other than that everything is fine.

Great stay from start to finish! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The location was convenient, and the service really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff are very nice , but the rooms amenities are not kept up to codes . There is no hot water, the towels are hard , the tv doesn’t work , you have to asked for a box to make it work . They are considered 4 star on comments i will only give them 1/5 star

Flow of water was weak, hot water was not working, tv was not working had to ask for a box not available.

Per sota de la mitjana Room was dirty, staff was rude, they charged you for everything, towels were rough like sandpaper, faucets leaking, no hot water, no water pressure, no water on our last day

Probably one of the better options in town besides the cherish hotel. The rooms were clean, restaurant had great food and staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Not worth the aggravation. Photos, dining inside, room service, air conditioning, hot water are extremely poor. Serious issue with reservations. I booked through Expedia for 3 nights and the hotel had the wrong dates and never mentioned it until the last night so I had to purchase an extra night. Seriously stay away from this place! I stand by my review because its accurate and true. Going through Expedia for a refund on that extra night the hotel charged me.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was welcoming, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel features an impressive 7-phase pool, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist. I loved the quiet and cozy atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect spot for some fun! I was looking for a place to relax and enjoy and with my luck this hotel has it all. Now, it’s my go-to during the holidays when I’m spending time with family. Tip: Bring the kids, they will definitely enjoy the different types of swimming pools here.
