I stayed here for 4 nights with my son. The room was spacious for a standard room and very clean. I loved the spa and the shampoo bar for washing my hair. The hotel provided great amenities. We especially loved the lounge, which had complimentary snacks and drinks at different times throughout the day. A lovely stay.

Fantàstic Great hotel in a great location. I was on a high floor so had no street noise. The free coffee and snacks in the afternoon were only bested by the free drinks and snacks in the evening. Excellent value!

I was staying in Tokyo for my abroad program but during vacation I went on a solo trip to Osaka and this hotel was amazing in every way! Plenty of shops nearby, transportation is convenient with plenty of stations leading to different areas if needed. If you’re willing to walk a minimum of 15 minutes you can make it anywhere from any station.
