Old charm hotel in the hectic part of Pattaya, close to beach and walking street yet far away from the road to be a quiet relaxing place with OK breakfast and nice pool.
If you're looking for brand new carpet in corridors and designer furniture throughout tho, you might want to pass. This hotel shows it's age but the staff is kind and helpful.
I would return.

AC BROKEN in 104 degree supid humid weather. Luke warm to cold water only in shower. No hot water. Old hotel were owners don’t update. Run away from this hotel. Many option nearby
