The property is in a good location and ok. The building and rooms are tired. Difficult to get a lounge by the pool. I asked for a pot of tea after a cafe style coffee. Ok but served cold even after asking to a hot cup. A pot of tea wasn’t included in the breakfast that I felt I paid for. They had tea and coffee on warmers but not really drinkable. One teabag per jug. Our room was grotty - just given a quick wipe over. Lots of Aussies staying and some we spoke to made the same comments. May seem picky but on holiday a leisurely breakfast is a part of my holiday. Won’t stay again.

Staff are very helpful, they always ensured everyone was right Not enough pool lounges available around the main pool Rooms was a bit tired looking, bathroom plumbing didn’t work very well, shower leaked and no pressure, but was fixed and sink drain not ok

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were absolutely amazing, so attentive. Great location. 2 awesome pools and restaurants. Money exchange at the hotel. Close to beach, shopping. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful staff and just so lovely to stay. The breakfast was yummy and the Balinese good from restaurant yummy too. Cant wait to visit again.

Hotel was well located and the staff were lovely. It's has been renovated but the hotel is older so some parts are tired. It has good plumbing which is unusual for Bali and rooms are spacious. I would stay here again.

The room and the property were clean, however we had to get maintenance in for the aircon, the doo. The pool on the ocean side offered no to little shade. 30th December the main pool was taken over by NYE preparations so everyone in the hotel was jammed into a tiny area....The breakfast selection was good. overall for the price it was ok
