Very friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond. I left my bag at the hotel and they sent a courier to drop it off at the airport before my flight. Outstanding service, I would definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi.

This hotel has an excellent location within the Old Quarter and everyone on the staff was wonderful! The hotel itself is rundown. The walls are dirty and furnishings are old and worn. This hotel is a good 2-star option with a great location.

The room is a bit outdated and the mattress was not that comfortable. The staff were nice and speaks English. The hotel is in Old Quarter, which was convenient.
