The shower was really dangerous for .elderly people, no safety handles on shower walls and nowhere except the floor for shampoo, caked soap etc. we will not be returning as there are no facilities for a make your own breakfast and not even a plate or knife to have some fruit

Loved our stay at the Lakeland Resort. Our room was clean and cozy. The spa was nice and private. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back next time we visit Taupo.

Just spent one night, the location is a short drive out from town so dining options are limited Front desk staff were helpful and professional Buffet breakfast was average but there was a decent selection

Staff was excellent, mattress was uncomfortable its pass its expiration. Shower is rusty and lack of pressure. The most important thing a guest needs is sleep/rest that definitely didn't happen during our stay.
