El recorregut va estar ben organitzat, va ser informatiu i agradable de principi a fi. Va ser fascinant aprendre sobre la història i els detalls entre bastidors del set. El paisatge era impressionant i hi va haver moltes oportunitats per fer fotos memorables.
La còmoda furgoneta de luxe va fer que el viatge fos relaxant i agradable, permetent-nos seure i gaudir del bell paisatge durant el trajecte.

Una experiència molt agradable en general! Em van encantar tant el tour per les Coves de Waitomo com el tour pel set de rodatge de Hobbiton. Tots els guies van ser molt clars i professionals en les seves explicacions, amb tocs d'humor. La Rachel, la conductora de l'autobús i guia principal, també va ser molt tranquil·litzadora, responsable i clara en les seves instruccions. Vam veure moltes ovelles i vaques de pastura lliure pel camí. Molt bona relació qualitat-preu. L'autocar també era còmode!

Using the Klook Pass New Zealand was one of the best decisions during my trip. It turned out to be a big money saver.
I wanted to do several activities but was worried about the weather. Fortunately, the pass offers flexible cancellation, which made planning much easier. For example, I cancelled my Glowworm Cave tour two days in advance and rebooked another time when the weather was better. The booking and cancellation process was very quick and simple.
I used the pass for Shotover Jet in Queenstown, whale watching in Kaikōura, and the Glowworm Cave in Rotorua. Overall, the savings were significant—it basically felt like one activity was free.
The only thing to keep in mind is making sure you use all the activities before leaving New Zealand and check the weather so you can adjust your bookings if needed.
If you’re planning to do multiple activities, this pass is definitely worth it and saves a lot of money.

It was magical Hobbiton Movie Set and the Glow Worm Caves. Great day tour! Great lunch too. Kudos to our guide Richard even though his new, He tried his best to make it memorable for us. Highly Recommended tour with Cheeky Kiwi Tours.

This is a review from someone who has never watched The Lord of the Rings.
Overall, the tour was efficient, enjoyable, and very smooth from start to finish.
The bus stop near the Sky Tower was easy to find, and the staff kindly helped me when I asked. I had accidentally booked a one-way ticket, but they informed me in advance so I could change it to a round trip — something to keep in mind!
Our driver, Todd, was funny, engaging, and very kind.
At the Waitomo Caves, the guide explains everything as you walk through. The main highlight, the boat ride, is a no-photo area, but you can purchase a composite photo afterward.
The Hobbiton tour lasts about two hours, with plenty of time to take photos without rushing. Even without knowing the movie, I still enjoyed the beautiful, storybook-like scenery. My husband, who is a fan, said it was the highlight of our New Zealand trip.
It was a full and very satisfying day — definitely worth the price!

Amazing and such an unique experience! Our guide Simon is knowledgeable in introducing not only the worm cave but also the history and fun fact of New Zealand.

Both of the main attractions, the Glowworm Caves and the Geothermal Valley, were better than some of the Australian attractions I visited last year, and were of a higher quality and more distinctive. The driver, Mike, was very proactive and had an in-depth knowledge of the Maori people. In addition to driving, he also led the work of the tour guide and team leader, and gave a detailed account of Maori history along the way, which made the long journey of several hours less boring. Although there was WiFi available on the bus, I only had the opportunity to ask the driver for the password after getting on the bus and stopping for a short break. It would be better if the driver could proactively tell everyone the password before departure.

Our tour guide, Adil, was very professional and friendly. He shared New Zealand's history, animals, food, and some interesting stories. He also gave us very helpful advice at each attraction, which was truly wonderful! Hobbiton was my favorite part of the North Island tour; even if you haven't seen the movies, you definitely won't regret coming here. It's absolutely beautiful.
