They didn’t get us pancakes even though my daughter had them for last two days. It was early like 9:30 and there was no one to do it for the day. The manager said there was no pancakes for the rest of the day. Breakfast was 7to 10:30.

Walkable, clean and excellent staff. Shower door tends to leak (this is my aecond stay) so be careful if using handheld.. shower from top works great.

This hotel was superb. We were treated very well from the moment we checked in until we left. We booked a junior suite and it was spacious and elegant. The hotel is located steps from the subway and right next to CUHK. The property is quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
