This is value for money, don't expect it to be perfect. The staff is truly amazing and very helpful on another level. The hotel has clearly seen its best days and is undergoing renovation. My room was spacious with a spacious good bed but the rest was falling apart. A big advantage of the hotel is the floors that are not carpeted and therefore clean and not smelling of mould.

The room is just as clean as shown on the website. The staff are very helpful and polite. There’s an excellent shopping center nearby with all major brand-name stores and no sales tax. Breakfast is good, with all dishes freshly cooked and prepared.

Guest name cannot be changed/ added once booking confirmed. - Hotel does not accept group bookings and limited to 5 rooms below. - Hotel does not accept bookings for 7 consecutive nights or more for all rate plans. - Deposit: HKD 1000.00 per night per room - New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products: As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities. With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries. As a wise green traveller, please join us to reduce the use of disposable plastic products and co-create a better living environment!
