Fantàstic
Perfect location for attending guneral at Hope and Sons less than a block away. The area is very familiar to me as I walked down Bayview Rd to Queens for 4years. The convenience of Bays Junction BP for a decent coffee,Woolworths for a snack, a brief walk for a lovely breakfast at Nicholls garden centre and easy access to bus routes.

We unfortunately had an upstairs unit, Wet night arrival,found stairs dangerous in the wet,with no lighting There had been lights at front of units but very few if any bulbs functioning ,there was no lighting directly on stairs I consider this health and safety issue in the winter

We didnt even realize we forgot our phone in the room on check out and got a call to day they had it. Thank you so much . Room had everything we needed and was so clean . Highly recommend

Manager Jason is really helpful and professional. Motel is comfortable overall. Facility is a bit old but do the job nicely. Location is perfect. Will consider to stay here again.

Great motel price was amazing cheapest room ever found in Dunedin def stay again warm well appointed room clean comfortable big bed amazing water pressure great parking off st and secure carpark:quiet even tho on busy road great location BP servo across road and Woolworths recommend to stay here would try spa bath untit next we just had studio unit as booked out last minute decision A+
