Genial We stayed here for one night when we came down for the Otago University open day. The property was in walking distance of Otago university & te mall. Room was tidy & had the required amenities. Since ours was a downstairs unit, there was some noise due to people walking in the upstairs unit. The noise itself wasn't too disruptive. The owner was a cheerful & friendly old person with a smile on his face.

Close to town, plenty of restaurants and places to eat.
A little noisy with students close by but expected over a weekend .
