First of all the room was badly dirty when i checked in. from the airport coz i am bursting for pee so I run through the toilet and I’m surprised there’s a blood in the toilet that hasn’t been clean.please see all the photos that I am going to upload .its ruin my holiday .they never clean my room and i am staying 4 nights 5 days .Terrible hotel to stay please dont booked this havan dust is everywhere in the room.Location is fine not too bad .

We booked a room for 3 people but they gave us a room for only 2 . We got a room that opposites with the elevator, we requested to change a room because it would be so a noise but they wouldn’t help us to change
