Genial This is a good 3 star hotel. We liked: staff was welcoming helpful for the hotel and the area, breakfast/restaurant, fish tank, location close to restaurants, shopping, transport, and their were sidewalks in this area. Room wifi was excellent. The hotel is beginning to show some wear, our room should have been cleaner when we arrived (but it was acceptable) and the hotel staff came quickly and took care of it. We needed a car/driver to explore outside of Bandung and in the city and one of the staff recommended one who was very knowledgeable, considerate and fair priced.

Genial A cute but very basic hotel. Clean but the bath/toilet is rather small with the swing door going inside, blocking the passage to the toilet.
Parking and going out is rather difficult, there was no through way.

Bé staff service slow. especially working in the cafe. During breakfast, didnt top up foods and drinks. Do not clear the table while other guests are still waiting to sit and take their breakfast.
we ordered for a tea and they took 30mins to send over to our room.
service can be improved.
