Highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located, lots of charm, and a fantastic breakfast. The room was clean, quiet, and had everthing we needed. Staff were great - helpful and accomodating. Zero issues.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The room size, bed, bathroom amenities, breakfast, and staff were the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. I highly recommend staying here when in Vienna.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. They went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff was especially helpful and professional. They provided five star service. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and prompt with service.

Lovely hotel in just the right place, close enough to amenities (8 minute walk to Opera House) but far enough away so peaceful at nightimes. Full of character and history, rooms good size, and daily housekeeping, hotel was spotless everywhere. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful with any queries. Breakfast was amazing. Will be back !! Highly recommend.

Location staff breakfast and room was brand new had nice coffee and beds were very comfortable new mattress! Staff was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was superb so much variety and coffees made to order!
