Origin Seminyak

The property is in a small street but it’s actually a few minutes from seminyak square only. Can see that some of the stuff are a little dated but it’s still a nice villa we stayed in (me and 3 friends). We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa, two rooms are downstairs with huge bathroom but the other two rooms are upstairs and they share a toilet with one room not directly linked to the toilet. You have to walk out to balcony and enter the bathroom from the balcony and the bathroom door was creaking like mad and hard to open. When we checked in we were told the water was murky but safe for showers. We were advised to use the filtered water for brushing teeth. The pool was quite big for a villa. However, the water supply suddenly went off sometime past midnight and we didn’t have any water to flush or wash our hands. Luckily we had taken our showers by then. Woke up in the morning and still no water and as there wasn’t anyone at the villa at night we only reported in the morning. After checking they say the water pump broke down but we told them we had no water to wash up and even flush causing a lot of inconvenience through the night & we couldn’t shower in the morning. They immediately opened up the neighbouring villa and allowed us to use the toilets there though it was very inconvenient. Just as we were checking out, they informed us that they were very sorry & offered to make a refund to us. Kudos to the staff and mgt for the excellent service recovery and for taking ownership!

Outstanding expeirence. Clean rooms, good breakfast provided to our personal villa, outstanding staff and walking distance to Seminyak Square and the beach.

Origin is a perfect Bali “home away from home”. Located right in the hub of best restaurants, spas and shopping - yet down a quiet lane for peace, calm and privacy. A short stroll to the beach, beautiful for morning walks and sunset drinks. Highly recommend for an elegant stay in Bali.

This villa is in a great lotion. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful villa, stayed in the 4 bedroom villa. Every single staff was amazing. Very helpful, kind and quick to answer questions. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Hotel is in a good location and good walking distance to everything. We had 3 bedroom villa which was huge and easily accommodated the 6 of us.

Stayed in the balcony studio for 1 night. Poorly maintained with water pressure issues. Insects on bed. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and accommodating but management needs to invest in property upkeep. Large bathroom but not cleaned well. Good location, within 2-3 minutes walk to Seminyak village and the beach.
