The room was clean, modern and a good size. The room was quiet, which is not the case everywhere in the city. The hotel is adjacent a modern mall (you do have to exit the hotel but the mall entrance is very close) with many dining options and the hotel room service is good (although they did call 3 times within 5 minutes to re-confirm my order consisting of 2 items and then called 30 minutes later insisting I give feedback on the service and meal - this was rather annoying especially since I was trying to sleep before a midnight pickup for a tour). I asked about an airport drop-off and the hotel car services are outrageously expensive but there are cabs on standby at the entrance 24/7.

Superb, from the hotel staff, the location, the variety buffet menu at the Lime restaurant for breakfast, everything is excellent. I definitely recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya to anyone & I definitely will be staying here again in the future. Thank you for the excellent service

My family and I were staying here for 4 days and had an amazing time. Love the hotel’s architecture, dining room, and our room also great and spacious. Lena and the others employees were super friendly and very nice. The breakfast menus were excellent and highly recommended. Overall, I had a good time and also very convenient if you want to go to the mall because it’s just the next door. Thank you for your service and an exceptional hospitality. Highly highly recommended.
