Some of the room like the plugs and bathroom door handles were loose but wasn’t that much of a bother. The staff were nice and professional and the housekeeper came in and gave us a new bedset and towels and even folded our kids blanket lol which was nice. Overall it was a good experience

The Tilt Hotel is in a great location if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. It’s very close to the park. You can either walk or uber. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also appreciated that complimentary coffee, juice, and water were available anytime. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s sleep. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near Universal Studios.

I found many used towels around the room from previous guests & the floor was not mopped or swept. All in all, a very nice place and will be coming back.

Their staff named Aja is one who helped un checked in and out during our stay. He recommended what to do in Universal Studios. The facility, the rooms were spacious. I would come back here again and recommended it to the visitors.
