Rooms are clean, the bathroom was a shower, with a lifted ground so you dont stand in water . Updated bathroom. Beds are comfortable, tv in room is bigger than most hotels. Lots of choices for channels. Eat in restaurant or outside on patio. There are a few games to entrancing the kids while you eat on patio. Buffet was ok. Food was OK, bit pricey, but that is what you pay for on site. Its best hotel to stay at to walk to universal. It would be strictly staying here for universal studios visit. 55 for parking a night plus 5 dollars tax. Elevators are hot, room air is good. Pool clean, towels and sests clean and set up nice.

Hotel was nice. Room had no microwave, the ac worked good but didnt keep the room cool. The restaurant was very over priced. The shuttle to universal was a great help. The shower door didnt close properly so everytime u showered the floor was wet

The convenience of the bus was a plus , aside from the lanai rooms being very small there nice and convenient access to the pool . I had called ahead and asked for a separate bedroom within in my room. And was told the lanai had just that , but came to find out there all 2 queen beds w no separate bedr
