An incredible stay! The staff were so welcoming, and our room was spotlessly clean every day. The onsen is perfect (I’m going to miss it so much!), and the free ramen was a delicious highlight that exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

Certain staff members were very helpful and kind. The common spaces were very clean as were the basics in the rooms. The rooms are a bit small and the lighting somehow has many options but few useful ones. Adding breakfast is a good choice and there are many options. The rooms could use a good deep clean as the walls were quite dusty behind furniture.

청소상태와 직원들의 친절도는 매우 양호합니다. 방크기는 일본호텔스럽게 작은편이나 다른 일본호텔과 비교했을때는 같은급의 방사이즈인듯 합니다. 사용성과 부가 서비스도 만족스럽습니다. 한가지 특이한점은 일본전통스타일 양말을 주는데 나막신은 제공되지 않기에 양말는 일반적인 양말로 제공하는것도 좋아보입니다. 또 식사공간은 다소협소할것으로 보였으나 생각외로 대기가 발생하지 않았습니다

這次入住 御宿野乃大阪淀屋橋 的體驗非常滿意！一走進飯店就能感受到寧靜舒適的氛圍，雖然位於大阪市區，但周圍環境相當安靜，晚上休息完全不受打擾。館內採用溫暖柔和的燈光色系搭配日式設計，讓人一進門就能放鬆下來，有種回到家的安心感。
另外一定要大推飯店提供的免費宵夜「夜鳴拉麵」，熱騰騰的湯頭搭配簡單卻美味的麵條，在一天行程結束後來上一碗真的非常滿足，也成了這次住宿最期待的時刻之一。飯店本身也以天然溫泉與免費宵夜服務聞名，是許多旅客推薦的特色。
整體來說，無論是舒適安靜的環境、溫暖療癒的空間設計，還是好吃的免費宵夜，都讓這次住宿留下非常好的印象。下次來大阪旅遊，還會想再次入住！

Lovely hotel in Osaka, with the focus being on traditional Japanese Onsen facilities,which meant leaving our shoes in the lobby, not a bad thing after all the walking we've done.
Good room size - Japanese style with a low very comfortable bed.
Good laundry facilities
